New I Can for Kids Website and Brand Launched

Dec 2, 2019

In tribute to our first five years of serving the community, we are excited to announce the launch of our fresh new brand!

Since 2015, our organization has grown in so many ways. Each summer, we give food to thousands of kids in Calgary who would otherwise go hungry. To date, with the support of our generous donors and volunteers, we have provided over 212,000 meals to vulnerable kids across our city. That number continues to rise. And as our organization grows, we saw a need for our identity to evolve as well.

With kids at the heart of all that we do, our new brand pays homage to our humble beginnings and sets us up for an even more impactful future. It proudly highlights the ‘CAN-do’ attitude of our organization and the passion we all have to help ensure local kids are fed, stay healthy, and bloom to their full potential.

Our brand may have changed, but our enthusiasm and commitment to supporting thousands of children and youth affected by hunger is as strong today as it was five years ago.

It gets even better!  Our new look is supported by a new bright, friendly and informative website – a one-stop shop for learning who we are, what we do, and how you CAN make a difference in the lives of the kids we serve.

I Can for Kids supports thousands of children and youth impacted by hunger in Calgary every year. By working with local experts and our community, we feed the hungriest kids where they live and play all summer long.

We are locally founded, locally funded, and locally focused. Our kids-first, partner-powered model ensures every dollar donated goes further and goes where it’s needed, feeding thousands of hungry kids in our community every summer.  All kids deserve hope today and a chance for a better tomorrow.

Join us. Together, we can end summer childhood hunger in our community.
